Alison Cayley (Director - Vermont)
Hi my name is Alison, I am the director of Red Apple
Vermont, I have been directing the centre for the last 12 years, and have been
an educator in Early Childhood for 21 years. Educating children is something
that I am extremely passionate about. I am also passionate about creating a
community at Red Apple that is filled with the best care and enriching
experiences for your child. Our friendly staff have been educating at the
service for many years we are one big family, and know that leaving your child
is something that is really hard to do so we will always make the transition
as smooth for both you and your child.
Emma Di Falco (Director - Balwyn)
My name is Emma. I have been working in Childcare since
2005 and been working at Red Apple since 2009. I love working in Childcare and
I am passionate about providing a safe, caring, fun environment for our
educators, families and children. I am a mother myself and I know how
important it is to feel confident in your child’s care provider. When I am not
at Red Apple I spend my time doing Crossfit, walking my two sausage dogs and
spending time with my friends and family.
Therese Ghanem (Assistant Director and Cook - Vermont)
Therese is our 2IC and also our Centre cook. Therese has
been with Red Apple since the service opened in 2008 and is very passionate
about her job. Therese’s cooking is something our previous parents still talk
about in the community because it is that good!!! Therese is efficient in her
leadership role and will always endeavour to assist with any job with a smile
and a song.
Lauren Weymouth (Assistant Director - Balwyn)
Lauren is the Assistant Director of Red Apple Balwyn. With
a passion for fostering safe, nurturing, and enriching environments for
children to grow and learn, she brings 11 years of experience in early
childhood education and management. Lauren has spent many years working
on the floor with the children before stepping into management within the
service. Her commitment lies in creating a supportive community where every
child feels valued, every parent feels confident, and every staff member feels
empowered.
Stacey Cocking (Educational Leader - Vermont)
Stacey is our Educational Leader, Stacey worked for us
many years ago as a room educator, after a family move Stacey was lucky enough
to experience other Centres and has bought back some amazing knowledge and new
ideas with her. Stacey role is to oversee the education that we provide at Red
Apple and help guide the educators into making sure we are providing our best
practice with everything we do.
