On The Menu

Growing bodies need healthy food. Red Apple is a member of Nutrition Australia and our menus have been assessed by a registered nutritionist to ensure we are providing the children with all the nutrients they need to grow up healthy and strong.
We serve food made fresh daily with no added sugar, colouring, salt or saturated fat. Our meals include lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, rice, pasta, noodles, couscous, quinoa, lean meats, chicken and fish. We do not cook with eggs or nuts for the safety of children who have severe allergies.
We grow seasonal vegetables and herbs in our gardens so the children have an understanding of where their food comes from. We believe in educating the children about the importance of healthy eating and being active from an early age.
