Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tin tomatoes
- 2 tbs mixed herbs
- 2 tbs garlic
- 1 tbs pepper
- 1 tbs vegeta stock powder (can use salt)
- 1 pkt pasta of choice
Method
- Roast 2 chicken breast at 180 degrees for 20 mins.
- Cool then dice chicken.
- Thinly slice potatoes and sweet potatoes or use slicer attachment.
- Layer potatoes, sweet potatoes and chicken into a tin.
- Add in stock powder, garlic and parsley to boiling water.
- Then pour liquid on top.
- Then place cheese on top.
- Cover with baking paper and foil.
- Cook at 180 degrees for 1hr and 15 mins or until the potatoes are tender.
- Take the baking paper and foil off in the last 10mins to brown the cheese.
