Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal pita base
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 cup shredded ham
- ½ diced capsicums
- ½ cup pineapple cubes
- ½ grated zucchini
- ½ tbs garlic
- ½ tbs mixed herbs
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese
Method
- Spread tomato paste on the pita.
- Add shredded ham.
- Add diced capsicum, pineapple cubes and grated zucchini.
- Sprinkle garlic, mixed herbs and oregano.
- Add mozzarella cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes at 180°C or until cheese is melted.
